I’m a PhD student in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. I obtained my bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Hohai University, under the guidance of Prof. Zhang Zhen. My undergraduate and master’s thesis was about the influence of environmental factors on the degradation of electrical performance of PV modules and prediction of I-V characteristics of PV modules based on power loss model, respectively. During the three years between MS graduation and joining REALab, I dedicated my efforts at Envision Digital, working on the application of AIoT technology in the solar power system. Currently, my research primarily focuses on analyzing and optimizing the synergistic system of solar technology across multiple industries through simulation, which aims to enhance the effective utilization and promotion of solar energy.
